Nora Brickman earned her BFA in dance from The Boston Conservatory, where she graduated summa cum laude. Upon graduation, she relocated to New York City to join the Seán Curran Company, where she was a full-time member for eight years. Nora has worked with many opera companies, as both dancer and assistant choreographer, including the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Opera, Santa Fe Opera, the Canadian Opera Company, Opera Theater of St. Louis, Portland Opera, and Opera Colorado. In 2015 she will reset John Adams’ “Nixon In China” on the San Diego Opera company for their 2015 season. For the last six years, Nora has been a private Pilates trainer and enjoys close relationships with each of her clients. Other close relationships in her life include the one with her talented and supportive husband, Bob Reynolds, and their favorite small human, Sadie.
