He graduated with honors with a BA in Sociology\/Anthropology and Dance from Carleton College in Minnesota, where he performed with the Semaphore Repertory Dance Company in a variety of classical and modern repertory and was a recipient of the Ann Goodson Weiner Prize.\u00a0 In 2006, he was invited to perform at the Kennedy Center at the America College Dance Festival Gala concert.
