Amy Priya Santos
Amy Santos was born in Manila,
Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts
from New York University, but still considers herself a student of
life. Amy is very blessed to be officially authorized by Sri K. Pattabhi
Jois to teach Ashtanga Yoga. As a performer, she has worked with Meredith
Monk and Vocal Ensemble, Stanley Love Performance Group, Yoshiko Chuma/The
School of Hard Knocks, The Kathak Ensemble, Ede Thurrell, Glen Rumsey
Dance Project, Beáta Nagy (Berlin), and C. Eule Dance. She
lives happily ever after in Brooklyn with her husband Steve and shihtzu
